EVOKE successfully transformed a basic SharePoint solution, into a high-level communications platform for the Reynolds Engage Trade Marketing Team. EVOKE applied an intelligent user-interface design and improved user experiences to the existing site solution. Planning stages are underway for the move to SharePoint Online (Office 365). A comprehensive UI/UX audit was conducted and analyzed. We interviewed key stakeholders and used our findings to drive our concept development. The new site will deliver enhanced user experiences with more collaboration tools, personalization, gamification (badging – sales force competition), and workflow enhancements.
EVOKE utilized the Microsoft SharePoint platform to create the portal. The site implemented ‘best practice’ UX/UI and has mulitple connections to 3PA (third party applications). In addition, the site has enabled FAST Search to provide detailed and precise search results on the following critieria to key areas of the portal. The site provides two major document centers for employees. The Knowledge Base and Brand Central which provides ‘one stop shopping’ for employees and guarantees content is the ‘trusted / verifed’ version. Engagement of the site has been extremely high and continues to grow as EVOKE is currently making the site fully responsive and deployed global versions of the portal to include: United Kingdom and Australia - New Zealand.
